when i attended the Dr.Newman talk he also mentioned that HIV positive mothers should continue breastfeeding their babies...this information is a lot to take in but people should be aware about this.thanks for sharing :-)
Yes, Raine! This are some of the important notes regarding breastfeeding and HIV that everyone is suppose to know. We are closing on this disease and hopefully HIV will be eradicated like Polio sooner than later to eliminate all these undermining and incorrect information for breastfeeding mothers.
