Butterfly Crafts Challenge #25

Butterfly Crafts Challenge 25 is scrapping about what your child or children like to do. If you don't have children maybe a grandchild, niece or nephew or if you are a Godparent, talk about your Godchildren. Are they involved in sports, music, art or maybe the school play? Let's talk about it. Lets see your layouts bragging about the wonderful children in your lives!

This was a fun one! I haven't done this for awhile now since I scrap more random things than my family (aside from our little pet chi).
I used
Divine Digital's Bless Our Nest (November Mega Collaboration Kit) to complete this challenge. See preview below.

Come join the fun here!
Title: Boy Faces
Journaling: Here are some of the many faces of my cute and funny nephew, Jeremy.
He’s now a bit older than 2 and ever since he learned to speak, we were able to understand and enter his fantasy world of marine life. He would assign people in the family names like “mama octopus” for his mommy, “daddy clown fish” for his daddy and “moray eel” for himself. After he gets tired of playing, “make-believe”, he would then tell everyone that they are all back as people family again.
That’s my nephew...a boy with a wonderful imagination. Jeremy, don’t grow up too fast, just yet. :)

Flea Market Coutour by Wetfish Designs (DivineDigitals.com)

I got a funky kit this time around from DivineDigitals!
It's called
Flea Market Couture by Wetfish Designs (Cyndi Wetmiller).
I love the pattern papers and the cute embellished frames that came with the kit. The layout came out faster than I expected because of the premade items that I basically place on the layout. Total blast to work with!
Check out the preview below...
Here's what I came up with.

Happy Home by Leah Farquharson

Have a look at this funky fun pop kit called Happy Home Mini Kit by Leah Farquharson available at FunkyPlaygroundDesigns.com! I'm so loving the color combination, trees and the adorable birds!
I wanted to play around with journaling more and complete my page with this instead. I had a great time trying to also use all of the pattern papers. A real challenge. :D

Journaling: Would you prefer to live in a house or an apartment? I have tried both types and as per my experience, I prever staying in the latter. I realize that I love the view that an apartment offers while I can enjoy the convenience of locking my pad up and heading out without having to worry about somebody to house-sit since the 24hours security will help me take care of this! Apartments are too cool!!! I wouldn’t want to have it any other way!
